The Skevofilax winery is a family business that started its wine activity in 2010. At that time, in their privately owned land at Karydies area in Kefalos of Kos island, they cultivated the first vineyard of 20 acres.  The first samples of their work became available in the local market in 2012. Since then, they constantly try with their own continuous training and the renewal of their mechanical equipment, to evolve and offer the best possible result to their consumer. Their  ally in this journey of taste is clearly the strictest criteria for selecting the raw material, as well as the area's microclimate (the sea breeze and the August meltemia) which together with its volcanic subsoil, offer a unique result.  Having a great passion for the wine production, the Skevofilax family anticipates in this way the continuous development of its winery, in searching and visioning of an ever better in quality and taste of wine product.
